According to blogger @Steven_LovesToChat, the Harmony Intelligent Mobility AITO M8 and M9 models will soon receive the "Door-Opening External View Alert" feature—already available on the Luxeed S9T and AITO M7—on their triple-connected passenger-side displays. This feature uses the large passenger screen to clearly show blind-spot areas outside the vehicle, enhancing safety when opening doors. The blogger noted that thanks to the larger screen size, the visual effect is immediately obvious. In response to user suggestions requesting the feature to work even when the screen is off, he confirmed that the next software update will introduce an intelligent logic: "The passenger screen will automatically turn off upon entering the vehicle and automatically light up when a door is opened." Currently, the 2025 AITO M9 was launched in March with a price range of RMB 469,800 to RMB 569,800. The AITO M8 range-extended version and all-electric version are scheduled to launch in April and August respectively, both starting at RMB 359,800.
