On January 11, Shenzhen Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. responded to market rumors claiming it "plans to go public in the second half of 2026," explicitly stating that the report is false and entirely unfounded. Yinwang was established following Huawei's spin-off of its entire Intelligent Automotive Solutions Business Unit (Automotive BU). Positioned as an open platform for electrification and intelligent mobility, co-built by the automotive industry, Yinwang offers solutions including Huawei's Qiankun ADS (Advanced Driving System), vehicle control, in-vehicle optics, vehicle-cloud services, and HarmonyOS Cockpit. Currently, Avatr and Seres are shareholders of the company.
