On January 12, VOYAH announced that it has signed an agreement to deepen its strategic cooperation with Shenzhen Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a Huawei subsidiary. The two parties will jointly develop intelligent driving and smart cockpit technologies and closely collaborate across the entire value chain—from consumer-facing (To C) software operations and product planning to user engagement—to enhance users' intelligent experience. VOYAH has fully launched its "ALL in Intelligence" strategy, under which all of its vehicle models will be equipped with Huawei's Qiankun Smart Driving system and HarmonyOS Cockpit. Additionally, both sides will strengthen collaboration in marketing promotion and brand standardization. Yinwang was established in January 2024, with Huawei holding an 80% stake, while Avatr and Seres each invested RMB 11.5 billion, acquiring a 10% stake respectively.
