Alfa Romeo has recently unveiled official images of the Giulia Quadrifoglio Luna Rossa Special Edition, a collaborative creation with Maserati inspired by the 2024 America’s Cup Luna Rossa AC75 racing yacht. This model will become the rarest special edition in the Giulia lineup. The car features a hand-applied iridescent metallic paint finish, accented with red racing stripes, “Luna Rossa” badging, and Alfa Romeo’s first-ever badge with a red background. Extensive use of carbon fiber components not only reduces weight but also significantly enhances aerodynamic performance—generating 140 kg of downforce at 300 km/h, five times that of the standard Giulia Quadrifoglio. Inside, the cabin is equipped with Sparco seats embroidered with exclusive headrest logos, while interior trim panels are crafted from the original sail film material used on the AC75 yacht, seamlessly blending nautical elements with sporty styling. Under the hood, it retains the 2.9-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine producing 520 horsepower, enabling a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of just 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 307 km/h.
