Recently, Shenzhen Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (a Huawei subsidiary) transferred multiple "Qijing" trademarks to Huawei-Way Automotive Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., covering categories such as lighting and air conditioning, vehicles, and website services. Most of these trademarks are currently awaiting substantive examination. Huawei-Way Automotive Technology (Guangzhou) was established in March 2025 and is jointly owned by GAC Group and GAC Aion. Its legal representative is He Xianqing, and its business scope includes automobile sales, automotive parts manufacturing, and wholesale. It is reported that "Qijing" is a premium intelligent new energy vehicle brand jointly launched by GAC and Huawei in September 2024, targeting the market above RMB 300,000. Huawei provides Qijing with an end-to-end technical solution encompassing intelligent driving, smart cockpit, and vehicle-cloud services.
