Shelby has officially unveiled the 2026 Super Snake, built on the current Mustang S650 platform and powered by a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine producing up to 830 horsepower (the standard version remains at 480 hp). The new model features an upgraded cooling system, Borla exhaust, high-performance half-shafts, a bespoke suspension setup, and enhanced braking components. It is available with either a 6-speed manual or a 10-speed automatic transmission and can be had as either a hardtop or convertible. Exterior highlights include a carbon-fiber wide-body kit, a vented aluminum hood, a rear spoiler, and a ducktail lip spoiler. Inside, the cabin is adorned with Shelby-embroidered floor mats, illuminated sill plates, and a serialized dashboard plaque, among other exclusive touches. Priced from $175,885—including a Mustang GT Premium Fastback and numerous performance upgrades—the 2026 Super Snake will be limited to just 300 units and deliveries have already begun.
