Starting January 13, XPeng Motors has launched its "1,000 Mobile Charging Stations" public welfare initiative, recruiting 1,000 XPeng X9 Super Range-Extended EV owners as "Guardian Pioneers." These volunteers will use their vehicles' V2V (vehicle-to-vehicle) power-sharing capability to provide emergency charging support to fellow new energy vehicles running low on battery during the Spring Festival travel rush. The campaign will run through January 30. Selected participants will receive a V2V discharge cable valued at RMB 500, exclusive vehicle decals, and a special honor badge in the XPeng app. In return, they are expected to display the decals on their cars during their journey home, proactively assist other drivers in need, and document and share heartwarming stories of their roadside support. Thanks to its large-capacity battery and range-extending technology, the XPeng X9 offers ultra-long range and functions as a "mobile power bank," effectively easing charging congestion on highways during the Spring Festival travel period and fostering a spirit of mutual aid among EV owners. The equipment will be shipped out starting January 20.
