Xiaomi Auto has recently adjusted its sales strategy for the SU7 Ultra. Starting from the end of January, this model is no longer exclusively sold by the dedicated UltraMaster team; instead, all Xiaomi Auto stores nationwide can now provide professional consultation and vehicle purchase services. Previously, the UltraMaster team comprised 70% sales professionals from luxury brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi (BBA), and 30% from ultra-high-performance brands like Ferrari and Lamborghini. Some members even held track-driving licenses and were specifically assigned to handle SU7 Ultra sales. This adjustment aims to enhance user experience and improve overall sales efficiency. Existing UltraMaster team members will also support the sales of other Xiaomi vehicle models. Xiaomi emphasized that this move represents a service upgrade rather than a disbandment of the team, ensuring customers receive consistent, professional, high-end service at any Xiaomi Auto store across the country.
