Recently, spy photos of the facelifted Mercedes-AMG GT Coupe undergoing road testing have surfaced, with the official launch expected in 2027. The prototype features a new front bumper and temporary headlights; the production version is anticipated to incorporate Mercedes-Benz’s signature star-pattern design, with the grille reshaped into a more refined oval, aligning the front fascia closer to the current SL. Although the interior remains under wraps, foreign media speculate it will debut the new Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS)—first introduced on the all-new CLA—integrating Google’s Gemini large language model and the MBUX virtual assistant. Judging by the quad round exhaust tips at the rear, the test vehicle is the entry-level GT 43 variant, likely powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 416 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque.
