Lotus will officially launch its all-new hyper-SUV, the ForMe, on March 29, with small-batch reservations opening on March 10. Built on the X-Hybrid super hybrid architecture, the ForMe features a 900V high-voltage platform and dual permanent magnet synchronous motors, delivering a peak output of 952 PS and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds. It boasts a combined range exceeding 1,400 km and achieves an ultra-low WLTC fuel consumption of merely 0.07 L/100 km. The vehicle is equipped with an 11C ultra-high C-rate battery pack capable of discharging its full 70 kWh capacity in just five minutes. It also integrates a 150 kW onboard power generation system, which can replenish 25 kWh of energy per hour while cruising at 120 km/h under low-state-of-charge conditions. Featuring an all-wheel-drive system and an intelligent energy management system, the ForMe offers four driving modes and, remarkably, achieves better fuel efficiency in AWD mode than in RWD mode under WLTC testing conditions. The ForMe is expected to arrive in European markets around mid-year.
