Ram plans to reintroduce the ProMaster City compact commercial van to the U.S. market in the first quarter of 2027, with a starting price under $40,000, targeting the value-oriented commercial segment. Built on Stellantis’ global K0 mid-size van platform, the new model closely resembles the European-market Citroën Dispatch and Opel Vivaro in appearance. Standing approximately 77 inches tall, it easily fits into urban parking garages, while its cargo area offers 167.1 cubic feet of volume—enough to accommodate two standard pallets or a single 4×8-foot sheet of plywood. The interior comes standard with dual 10-inch screens (a digital instrument cluster and a center infotainment display) and supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Power comes from a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 166 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. The vehicle will be produced in Turkey and is specifically designed for urban logistics and other commercial applications.
