On March 12, Calterah Semiconductor Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a CMOS chip company specializing in millimeter-wave radar, announced the completion of its Series E financing round exceeding RMB 1 billion. The round was jointly participated by national-level industrial funds, local government funds, and multiple strategic investors, with China Renaissance Capital Group acting as the exclusive financial advisor. This funding will further accelerate Calterah’s R&D and market expansion in automotive millimeter-wave radar chips.
