On March 12, ORA, a brand under Great Wall Motor, globally debuted its all-new model, the ORA5, in Bangkok, and announced plans to accelerate its global expansion starting from Thailand. The company aims to achieve a 40% sales growth in the Thai market by 2026 and will inject an additional investment of 1 billion Thai baht. ORA is repositioning its brand identity from “premium offerings for sophisticated women” to “global young urban lifestyle enthusiasts,” with a refreshed brand message: “Shine Your Light.” Built on an all-new platform, the ORA5 supports four powertrain options—BEV, HEV, PHEV, and internal combustion engine—and spans multiple vehicle segments, including SUVs, coupes, and station wagons. By 2026, ORA will launch the full ORA5 family and simultaneously refresh its existing product lines, including the Ballet Cat, Lightning Cat/Lightning Traveler, and Good Cat, progressively expanding into markets across Europe, Oceania, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa.
