Chery Automobile has announced it will host the "Chery Battery Night 2026" on March 18 at 18:30, under the theme "It’s Time to Talk About Solid-State Batteries." At the 2024 Chery Global Innovation Conference, the company unveiled its Kunpeng battery brand and revealed it is developing all-solid-state batteries. According to its roadmap, Chery plans to deploy all-solid-state batteries in fleet-operated vehicles by 2026 and begin mass-market sales in 2027. This technology is expected to enable pure electric vehicles to achieve a range exceeding 1,500 kilometers, significantly enhancing both range and safety performance in electric mobility.
