Recently, Contemporary Amperex Technology (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business registration change, adding Beijing Shunyi Automotive Industry Venture Investment Fund (Limited Partnership)—affiliated with BAIC Group Industrial Investment Co., Ltd.—as a new shareholder, among others. Concurrently, the company’s registered capital was increased to RMB 3.06 billion. The company is a subsidiary of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), specializing in the research and development of integrated intelligent chassis and related technical services, with its core product being the "Panshi Chassis." The introduction of strategic investors such as BAIC Industrial Investment is expected to accelerate the company's technology implementation and market expansion in the intelligent chassis sector.
