On March 17, Dongfeng Motor Corporation's R&D General Institute announced that its self-developed "Dongfeng Taiji Large Model" has officially passed the Cyberspace Administration of China’s (CAC) filing for generative artificial intelligence services. Built upon an independently controllable AI technology system and powered by Dongfeng’s Qingtian computing platform and high-quality datasets, the model features multimodal fusion, high-precision interaction, and full-scenario collaboration capabilities, covering the entire workflow—from intelligent products and R&D design to office operations, production manufacturing, and marketing and after-sales services. As the core of Dongfeng’s “Tianyuan Intelligence” technology brand, the Taiji Large Model, together with the “Tianyuan Architecture” and “Tianyuan OS,” forms a “one-core, dual-foundation” infrastructure, supporting the implementation of two key applications: “Tianyuan Intelligent Driving” and “Tianyuan Intelligent Cabin,” thereby accelerating the company’s intelligent transformation.
