Zhengli New Energy Invests RMB 10B in 50GWh Energy Storage Battery Project in Suzhou

On March 17, Zhengli New Energy announced the official signing of its 50 GWh long-duration energy storage intelligent manufacturing project in Suzhou’s Changshu High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. With a planned total investment of RMB 10 billion, the project will establish an intelligent and flexible manufacturing facility capable of producing 50 GWh annually of next-generation, high-capacity, long-duration lithium-ion energy storage batteries. Zhengli New Energy specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of lithium-ion power batteries, energy storage batteries, and aviation batteries. This strategic move will further strengthen the company's production capacity and technological capabilities in the energy storage sector.
