Buick has officially announced that its premium new energy vehicle, the Zhi Jing L7, will receive a refreshed upgrade on March 20, emphasizing "safer, better to drive, smarter, more luxurious, and more comfortable." As the first flagship sedan under Buick's "Zhi Jing" sub-brand, the L7 is built on the Ultium 2.0 platform and features a 1.5T range-extended hybrid system. It delivers 252 kW of rear-motor power, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds, offers a pure electric range of 302 km, and achieves a combined range of up to 1,420 km. The vehicle also supports 130 kW fast charging. Measuring 5,032 mm in length, 1,952 mm in width, and 1,500 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm, the L7’s interior is equipped with a 10.25-inch instrument cluster, a 15.26-inch central touchscreen, a 50-inch AR-HUD, and the Qualcomm SA8775P chip (with 72 TOPS of computing power). The infotainment system supports split-screen functionality and dedicated displays for both driver and front passenger, and integrates Momenta’s R6 large model. The new model starts at RMB 173,900.
