On March 19, VOYAH Auto unveiled its new strategic model—the TaiShan X8—positioned as a "courtyard-grade large five-seater SUV," marking its entry into the premium 8-series SUV segment. The vehicle is available in both all-electric and plug-in hybrid variants. The all-electric version features the largest battery in its class at 120 kWh, while the plug-in hybrid variant comes with a 65 kWh battery. Exterior styling adopts the "Kunpeng Soaring Wings" design language, featuring full-width LED daytime running lights, an illuminated logo, and semi-recessed door handles. The vehicle measures 5,200 mm in length, 2,025 mm in width, and 1,814 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,090 mm. Inside, the TaiShan X8 debuts Huawei’s next-generation HarmonyOS cockpit and becomes the first model in the 8-series SUV segment to be equipped with the four-laser Qiankun ADS intelligent driving system. As VOYAH’s first strategic model launched following its Hong Kong IPO, the TaiShan X8 is set to accelerate the brand’s global expansion and deepen its presence in the premium new energy vehicle market.
