On March 24, Jiangling Motors announced that due to a job reassignment, Xu Lanfeng will no longer serve as a member of the Company's Executive Committee, Vice President, Secretary of the Board of Directors, or Secretary of the Board’s Remuneration Committee. The changes will take effect on April 1, 2026. Xu Lanfeng’s original term was scheduled to run until the expiration of the Company’s 11th Board of Directors. Following this adjustment, he will no longer hold any executive positions at Jiangling Motors.
