They will enhance policy dialogue and promote innovative applications of digital technologies in cross-border automotive data flows, fostering constructive interaction between regulatory authorities and the industry. Moving forward, both sides will utilize this framework to facilitate compliant data flows across the entire automotive industry value chain, strengthen Sino-European resource integration, support Beijing’s development into a global hub for automotive innovation, optimize the cross-border data business environment, and advance industrial growth in tandem with data security.
