Avatr 12 Relaunches: Huawei 896-Line LiDAR, 0-100 km/h in 2.71s, Starting at ¥299,900

On April 8, the new Avatr 12 officially launched with a pre-sale price range of RMB 299,900 to RMB 439,900. The vehicle retains its signature "smiling front fascia" and C-shaped LED light bar design, and features Huawei’s next-generation 896-line quad-LiDAR system on the roof, supporting L3-level intelligent driving hardware. Measuring 5,020 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,470 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,020 mm, the car is equipped with an electrically adjustable rear spoiler and semi-recessed door handles. The interior has been upgraded with a 35.4-inch 4K panoramic display and a 15.6-inch central touchscreen. New additions include physical window switches, voice-activated wake-up functionality, and a one-touch acceleration button. It also features front zero-gravity seats, a Meridian premium audio system, a nano-water ion air conditioning system, and a velvet headliner. In terms of performance, the Avatr 12 debuts with the Taihang Smart Control 2.0 technology. The all-wheel-drive tri-motor variant accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.71 seconds. Both extended-range and pure electric versions are available at launch.
