Recently, Datang Promise (Liaoning) New Energy Co., Ltd. completed its business registration and was officially established. The company’s business scope includes energy storage technology services, power generation technology services, wind power generation technology services, research and development of emerging energy technologies, and electrical equipment repair. According to its equity structure, the company is jointly owned by Liaoning Datang International New Energy Co., Ltd. and BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd., with Liaoning Datang International New Energy Co., Ltd. being a wholly-owned subsidiary of Datang Power Generation.
