Li Auto distributed its annual year-end bonuses on April 10, 2025. Employees in the frontline sales operations team across 26 provinces did not receive any year-end bonus, while R&D staff saw a significant reduction in their bonuses compared to the same period in 2024. Previously, this sales operations department had issued two bonus payments in April and August 2024, but no such payments were made in 2025. Additionally, the company has changed its employee performance review cycle from semi-annual to annual. Financial data shows that Li Auto reported total revenue of RMB 112.3 billion in 2025, a 22.3% year-over-year decline, and net profit of RMB 1.1 billion, down 85.8% compared to 2024. In March 2026, the company delivered 41,053 vehicles, an increase of 12% year-over-year. Total deliveries for the first quarter of 2026 reached 95,142 units, bringing the company’s cumulative historical deliveries to 1,635,357 units.
