The 2026 Hyundai Elantra N TCR Edition has been confirmed for the U.S. market, featuring the same powertrain as the standard Elantra N: a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 278 horsepower. It is available with a six-speed manual transmission, starting at $40,495 (including a $1,245 destination fee), while the version equipped with an optional eight-speed dual-clutch transmission starts at $41,995. By comparison, the Honda Civic Type R starts at $48,090 and also uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, but delivers higher output at 315 horsepower. The Elantra N TCR Edition comes equipped with an adjustable swan-neck carbon-fiber rear wing, lightweight gloss-black 19-inch wheels, four-piston monobloc calipers, and two-piece front brake rotors. Interior features include an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel, shift knob, and center armrest, along with Performance Blue front seatbelts. Hyundai states that this special edition model commemorates its six consecutive TCR Manufacturer Championships in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge series.
