M-Hero Spring Refresh Launch Set for April 20, Deepens Collaboration with Huawei Qiankun

The M-Hero Auto Spring Refresh Launch Event will be held on April 20 at 10:00 AM, under the theme "Intelligent Off-Roading, Upgraded Again." Prior promotional videos have shown that some M-Hero dealerships have already displayed the "Huawei Qiankun" logo, signaling deeper collaboration between the two companies at the channel level. The current M-Hero M817 is a full-size SUV launched in September 2023. It comes standard across all trims with HarmonySpace 5 cockpit powered by Huawei's HarmonyOS and Huawei Qiankun ADS 4 advanced driver-assistance system, making it the world’s first off-roader fully equipped with Huawei’s end-to-end Qiankun intelligent solution. Its price ranges from RMB 319,900 to RMB 369,900. In December 2023, Dongfeng Motor announced that cumulative deliveries of the M-Hero M817 had reached 10,000 units and set a target of surpassing one million annual sales of new energy vehicles by 2025. In March 2024, M-Hero Auto reported monthly sales of 2,036 units, a 97.1% increase month-over-month, marking its third consecutive month of rising sales.
