Dongfeng Motor Group and Huawei have jointly launched a new mid-to-high-end intelligent automotive brand named YiJing. The brand's first flagship large six-seater SUV is named the YiJing X9. Measuring 5.3 meters in length with a 3.1-meter wheelbase, the X9 is among the first vehicles to feature Huawei’s next-generation Qiankun Intelligent Driving System, the latest HarmonyOS Cockpit, and an 896-line dual-optical-path imaging-grade LiDAR—a comprehensive suite of cutting-edge technologies. The YiJing X9 will make its global debut on April 23, 2026, at Huawei’s Qiankun Ecosystem Technology Conference, followed by its worldwide public showcase the next day at the Beijing Auto Show. The YiJing brand was officially established on November 20, 2025, and its first pre-production prototype rolled off the assembly line in December 2025. Starting in 2026, the brand plans to launch at least one new model annually, gradually building a diversified product portfolio spanning multiple segments and vehicle types.
