Upon receiving the report, the Shanwei Fire and Rescue Brigade dispatched seven fire engines and 45 firefighters to the scene, with both brigade- and battalion-level full-duty command teams simultaneously mobilized. The first-response team arrived at the scene at 10:51 a.m., brought the incident under control by 11:13 a.m., and completed all response operations by 12:30 p.m. No casualties were reported.
