The Wuling Xingguang 730 officially launched in November 2025, delivering 11,280 units in its first month—ranking first among MPVs priced under RMB 150,000 and third across all MPV categories. Within just 49 days of launch, cumulative sales surpassed 20,000 units, reaching 26,000 units by day 80. In 2026, the model maintained strong momentum: it topped the overall MPV sales chart in February and ranked second in March, while securing the No. 1 spot in the sub-RMB-150,000 MPV segment for five consecutive months. The vehicle is available in three powertrain variants—gasoline, plug-in hybrid (PHEV), and battery electric (BEV)—with an official manufacturer’s suggested retail price ranging from RMB 73,000 to RMB 109,800 (or RMB 71,000 to RMB 105,800 after trade-in incentives). Built on Wuling’s native Tianyu architecture platform and positioned as a mid-size MPV, it measures 4,910 mm long, 1,850 mm wide, and 1,770 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,910 mm. It features power-sliding side doors with concealed tracks. Inside, the cabin offers an effective interior length of 3,331 mm, a lateral width of 1,500 mm, and a generous 1,780 mm of space between the middle and rear seats, achieving an impressive 88% space utilization rate. The gasoline variant is powered by a 1.5T engine producing 130 kW, paired with either a 6-speed manual or CVT transmission. The PHEV version employs Lingxi Power 3.0—a system combining a 1.5L engine with a fourth-generation 10-in-1 electric motor—delivering a low-fuel-consumption figure of 5.3 L/100 km under WLTC-equivalent conditions, a CLTC pure-electric range of 125 km, and a combined range of 1,100 km. The BEV variant features a 100 kW motor, a 60 kWh battery pack, and a CLTC range of 500 km, supporting 2C fast charging (adding 200 km of range in 15 minutes) and 220V vehicle-to-load (V2L) external power output.
