Geely Galaxy M9 Black Gold Intelligence Edition Officially Launched with Starting Price of RMB 259,800 The Geely Galaxy M9 Black Gold Intelligence Edition has officially launched with a manufacturer-suggested retail price of RMB 269,800. An introductory offer price of RMB 259,800 is available, accompanied by a RMB 5,000 purchase tax subsidy and a RMB 5,000 insurance subsidy. The new model features an exclusive “Xuanye Liujin” (Mystic Night Gilded) two-tone body design—gold on the upper section and black below—inspired by the shimmering golden light dancing over black sand beaches at dawn. Externally, it retains conventional door handles and rides on 21-inch six-spoke alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin introduces a “Nebula Red” color scheme, complemented by suede-trimmed headliners and wave-pattern accents on the door handles. The cockpit integrates a four-screen interactive system comprising a 30-inch integrated dual multimedia touchscreen, a 12.66-inch full LCD instrument cluster, a 17.3-inch rear-seat entertainment display, and a 32-inch AR-HUD. This model marks the first Galaxy-branded vehicle equipped with the Qianli Haohan H7 intelligent driving solution. It features an AI BOX super brain powered by NVIDIA’s DRIVE AGX automotive computing platform, supporting the “AI Start Safety” function that detects potential hazards within a 1-meter radius around the vehicle during startup. Measuring 5,205 mm long, 1,999 mm wide, and 1,800 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 3,030 mm, the M9 is built on Geely’s native GEA Evo architecture. Power comes from the Raytheon EM-P AI Hybrid system combined with the Xingrui AI Cloud Power 2.0 technology—a plug-in hybrid setup pairing a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with an electric motor, along with an 11-in-1 intelligent e-drive unit. Buyers can choose between 18.4 kWh and 41.46 kWh battery options, delivering a maximum combined range exceeding 1,500 km. The vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in as little as 4.5 seconds, achieves a WLTC-rated fuel consumption of 4.8 L/100 km under low-battery conditions, and maintains consistent performance without power loss even when the battery is depleted.
