On April 24, 2026, the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition opened, with Hongqi showcasing an impressive lineup of new products under its three sub-brands: Hongqi, Hongqi Tiangong, and Hongqi Golden Sunflower. Three new models made their official debut: the all-new Hongqi H9, the all-new Hongqi H7, and the production version of the Hongqi off-roader. Hongqi Golden Sunflower unveiled three bespoke theme editions, while Hongqi Tiangong presented its “S-concept” concept car for the first time. The all-new Hongqi H9 is positioned as a C+-class intelligent luxury flagship sedan, equipped with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 5 intelligent driving system and featuring an 896-line dual-optical-path imaging-grade LiDAR. The all-new Hongqi H7 emphasizes Chinese aesthetic design, blending elegant styling, safety performance, and intelligent technology. The production-ready Hongqi off-roader draws inspiration from traditional Chinese architecture and is fitted with a million-dollar-grade off-road chassis, triple differential locks, and a vector-controlled quad-motor system. Under the Hongqi Golden Sunflower sub-brand, three high-end customized models were introduced: “State Gift – Silk Road Splendor,” “State Elegance – Ocean Breeze Through Millennia,” and “State Glory – Galloping Radiance.” These vehicles incorporate national-level intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship into their exterior design and interior detailing. Meanwhile, the Hongqi Tiangong “S-concept” concept car debuted in a sporty coupe form, featuring an integrated cabin-and-driving architecture, supporting L2-level combined driver assistance standards, and compatible with L3/L4 intelligent driving solutions.
