Kia released its first-quarter earnings report on April 24, reporting sales of KRW 29.50 trillion, above the market estimate of KRW 29.33 trillion; operating profit of KRW 2.21 trillion, slightly below the estimated KRW 2.3 trillion; and net profit of KRW 1.83 trillion, also lower than the projected KRW 1.93 trillion.
