On April 25, AITO announced that its all-new AITO M9 series received over 25,000 orders within 72 hours of opening reservations. The series starts at RMB 499,800, with the AITO M9 Ultimate Ling Shi Extended Edition starting at RMB 669,800. Customers who placed early reservations can enjoy a discount of RMB 10,000 off the final purchase price by paying a RMB 5,000 deposit. To date, cumulative deliveries of the AITO M9 have exceeded 280,000 units, securing it the title of best-selling luxury SUV in the RMB 500,000 segment for the full year of 2025. The new-generation AITO M9 is available in two variants: a standard version and the Ultimate Ling Shi Extended Edition, the latter offering near-MPV levels of interior space and configurable in either five- or six-seat layouts. Its seats feature Hysoft ultra-soft layered upholstery, and the second row includes dual swivel seats that enable a face-to-face “scenic viewing” mode. The intelligent cabin has been upgraded to a fully active sensing system, equipped with an onboard oxygen bar and a graphene-based “fireplace.” All windows are fitted with one-touch dimmable LC smart privacy glass. Powering the vehicle is Huawei’s Zhicheng dual SiC electric drive system, achieving a remarkable 93.5% efficiency under operating conditions. The tri-motor variant delivers over 900 horsepower and, combined with Huawei’s Ju Jing battery platform, enables extended range and highly efficient charging. The new M9 series made its debut at the Beijing Auto Show, where visitors can experience it firsthand at the exhibition booth.
