During the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, BYD unveiled multiple new energy vehicle models targeting the mid-to-high-end and ultra-luxury segments. Under its main brand, BYD launched the flagship SUV Tang Dynasty, the Sealion 08 SUV, and the Seal 08 sedan. Its premium sub-brand Denza showcased the Z, an open-top electric supercar, while Fangchengbao introduced the Fangcheng S sedan series and the FORMULAX sports car series. The Yangwang brand simultaneously refreshed its product lineup, reinforcing its ultra-luxury positioning. With Denza and Fangchengbao focusing on the mid-to-high-end market and Yangwang dedicated to the ultra-luxury segment, BYD has established a multi-brand strategic framework to expand into the premium automotive market.
