BYD Chairman Wang Chuanfu Visits Zhijie V9 Booth; 22,500 Pre-orders in 72 Hours

During the Beijing Auto Show on April 27, Wang Chuanfu, Chairman of BYD Auto, visited the Zhiji (Luxeed) booth, where he exchanged views with Yin Tongyue, Chairman of Chery Automobile, and Guo Rui, Chairman and CEO of Zhiji Auto. He specifically inspected the Zhiji V9, the first MPV under Huawei’s Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance (HIMA). The vehicle has already entered the pre-sale phase with a starting price of RMB 399,800. Thanks to its large dimensions, spacious interior, and high-end specifications, it garnered 22,500 pre-orders within 72 hours of launch. As a flagship model in the "Series 9" lineup alongside the Aito M9, the Zhiji V9 offers a more competitive price point. Zhao Changjiang from Zhiji expressed regret that he was not present at the booth during Wang’s visit and missed the opportunity to meet him, adding that he looks forward to personally introducing the Zhiji V9’s features to Wang in the future.
