Xiaomi Auto is offering a May Day holiday travel care and after-sales service guarantee from April 29 to May 6, 2026. During this period, if a vehicle breaks down or is involved in an accident for any reason and becomes undrivable, owners will be entitled to 24/7 complimentary roadside assistance—unlimited in terms of rescue method, frequency, and distance. After receiving roadside assistance, users will receive a 500 RMB Gaode Taxi voucher, valid for seven days from the date of issuance. Additionally, vehicles dropped off for repair during the campaign period that remain unrepaired by May 6 (inclusive) will qualify for free intercity vehicle delivery at no extra cost. Furthermore, if a vehicle experiences an unexpected mechanical failure en route resulting in a breakdown, users may claim reimbursement—upon presenting valid receipts—for one-way airfare or high-speed rail tickets up to 1,500 RMB, as well as accommodation expenses up to 500 RMB.
