General Motors announced it will roll out Google's Gemini AI assistant to approximately 4 million Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles from the 2022 model year and newer in the U.S. market. The feature will integrate deeply with Google services built into the vehicles’ infotainment systems, leveraging the vehicle software platform and OnStar connectivity to deliver a seamless AI experience. This deployment will mark one of the largest automotive implementations of Gemini to date. GM also stated that the Gemini update will gradually expand to other markets and support additional languages in the future.
