On April 30, Renault Group filed an application with India's National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), seeking approval for the restructuring of its Indian operations. The proposed restructuring aims to streamline and rationalize the company's local operational structure. Renault plans to position India as a global manufacturing and export hub, targeting annual exports worth €2 billion by 2030.
