The Audi E7X will open for pre-orders on May 8. As the second model under the AUDI brand, it is a five-seat all-electric SUV offered in both single-motor rear-wheel-drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive variants, paired with different battery capacities to deliver multiple range options. Exterior-wise, the vehicle features a closed-off front grille with an illuminated “AUDI” emblem. The front bumper incorporates a trapezoidal air intake with a two-tier design and includes an active grille shutter system. Vertical digital matrix LED headlights support high-resolution projection and contextual interaction functions. A roof-mounted LiDAR sensor enables advanced driver-assistance capabilities. Inside, the cabin boasts a panoramic triple-screen setup comprising a fully digital instrument cluster, a central infotainment display, and a passenger entertainment screen. It runs on the new AUDI OS operating system, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 cockpit chip. The in-car voice assistant is deeply customized based on Doubao, a large language model developed by Volcano Engine, offering semantic understanding, multi-turn dialogue, and full-vehicle control interaction. In terms of performance, the single-motor rear-wheel-drive version delivers a total output of 300 kW, while the dual-motor all-wheel-drive variant produces up to 500 kW, enabling a top speed of 230 km/h. Two ternary lithium battery pack options are available—100 kWh and 109.3 kWh—with a maximum CLTC-rated range of 751 km.
