Tesla has won the Overall Brand Loyalty Award from S&P Global Mobility for the fourth consecutive year. The award is based on data from 13.6 million new retail vehicle registrations in the U.S. between October 2024 and September 2025. During the same period, General Motors received the Overall Manufacturer Loyalty Award, the Chevrolet Equinox earned the Overall Model Loyalty Award, Mini was recognized for the Highest Increase in Brand Loyalty, and Subaru won the Dealer Network Overall Loyalty Award. Tesla also secured awards for Brand Loyalty among Niche Market Segments and Highest New Customer Conquest Rate. Since 2022, Tesla has claimed the Highest New Customer Conquest Rate Award for six consecutive years. Data shows that Tesla’s owner retention rate stands at 63.6% among Asian households and 61.9% among Hispanic households—both significantly higher than the U.S. national average. In Q4 2025, Tesla’s share of the U.S. electric vehicle market rebounded to 59%. As of that time, Tesla operated more than 65,000 Superchargers globally, forming the world’s largest fast-charging network. The convenience and reliability of its charging infrastructure have become key factors driving customer repurchase decisions.
