Spark EV Company Limited, an associate company of Cornerstone Technology Holdings, has signed its first term sheet to acquire six charging locations—comprising a total of 24 charging points, each with a capacity of 60kW—from E-cocharge Solutions Co., Ltd., a Thai electric vehicle charging network operator.
