2026 BYD Seagull Launches from ¥69,900, First A00-Class EV with Optional LiDAR

The 2026 BYD Seagull has officially launched, with an official price range of RMB 69,900 to RMB 97,900. The model is available in two range variants—305 km and 405 km (CLTC). Higher-trim versions of both range options can be optionally equipped with the "God’s Eye B" advanced driver-assistance system (the LiDAR-equipped version, corresponding to DiPilot 300). It is powered by a 55 kW electric motor and comes with either a 30.08 kWh or 38.88 kWh battery pack. The suspension setup features MacPherson struts at the front and a torsion beam at the rear. All trims come standard with dual front airbags and a 360-degree camera system. Additionally, higher-trim models of both range variants include standard features such as the "Thousand-Mile Eye" remote monitoring function, Sentry Mode, and the "God’s Eye C" ADAS (DiPilot 100).
