CATL Indirectly Fully Acquires Two New Companies to Expand into Machinery and AI

Recently, Yinchuan Times EV Service Technology Co., Ltd. and Lanzhou Times EV Service Technology Co., Ltd. were officially established, each with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. Both companies’ business scopes include the development of mechanical equipment, AI application software development, and software development. According to their equity structures, both are indirectly and wholly owned by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL).
