Xiaomi YU7 GT Spotted: 1,000 HP, 705 km Range, Wide-Body Kit & High-Performance Specs

The cherry-red Xiaomi YU7 GT has recently been spotted in real-world images, revealing a largely complete exterior design—only the wheels remain partially covered with camouflage stickers. The vehicle retains the standard YU7’s long hood but adds several exclusive design elements: an updated front bumper, wider front fenders, and a more muscular rear end that delivers a pronounced wide-body effect. Measuring 5,015 mm in length, 2,007 mm in width, and 1,597 mm in height, with a 3,000 mm wheelbase, the YU7 GT is positioned as a mid-to-large SUV. It comes standard with 21-inch wheels and offers multiple wheel designs as options. The car features red brake calipers, is expected to be equipped with carbon-ceramic brake discs, and incorporates a large rear diffuser along with a red “GT” badge on the tailgate. Optional accessories include front headlight trim pieces, side mirrors, a rear spoiler, a ducktail lip, hood accents, front emblem, wheel designs, caliper colors, and body decals. The GT version adopts a half-bracket-shaped turn signal design that matches the styling of the taillights; during braking, the entire taillight assembly illuminates—a departure from the partial illumination used on the standard model. A raised structure in the center of the rear spoiler is believed to house new perception hardware. Under the hood, the YU7 GT is powered by dual motors—one at the front and one at the rear—supplied by Inovance and Xiaomi’s in-house development team, respectively. The front motor delivers a peak output of 288 kW, while the rear motor produces 450 kW, resulting in a combined system output exceeding 1,000 horsepower. The vehicle boasts a top speed of 300 km/h and offers a CLTC-rated range of 705 km.
