On November 2, 2026, Tang Jing, head of product line at Li Auto, announced that the company had been notified by a partner of a short-term supply shortage of the 29-inch 6K panoramic screen for the front cabin of the new-generation MEGA, which is expected to recover around the end of the year. The screen is an automotive-grade OLED panoramic display, supplied by Samsung. According to Li Auto's production and delivery plan, the shortage will affect vehicles rolling off the production line between November 10 and December 17, involving users who locked in their orders between 17:06 on September 11 and 9:52 on October 26. Li Auto's solution is as follows: affected vehicles will first be delivered with the 29-inch 6K LCD panoramic screen from the L9 Livis front cabin. Starting March 1, 2027, the company will contact affected users in delivery order to replace the screen with the original 29-inch OLED display, with the after-sales replacement taking about ten minutes. After replacement, the screen will enjoy the same 5-year/100,000-km quality warranty as the vehicle. Li Auto is offering affected users a 3-year MEGA exclusive premium service package, including unlimited in-car connectivity, unlimited pickup and delivery for maintenance and repairs, and air conditioning filter maintenance. Affected users will receive targeted push notifications of the detailed terms via the Li Auto App, and product specialists will begin one-on-one communication and Q&A starting November 2, 2026. On November 1, 2026, Li Auto announced deliveries of 29,025 vehicles for October 2026. As of October 31, 2026, Li Auto's cumulative deliveries reached 1,862,676 units. In October 2026, Li Auto delivered more than 3,000 new Li MEGA vehicles.
