On October 30, the headquarters project for Langke Technology's new-generation smart logistics vehicles was signed and landed in Wuxi, Jiangsu. Tailg Technology, Zhuoyu Technology, Hengxu Capital, Ruili Kemi, and Suzhou Xuantong, an affiliate of Saifutian, have formed a five-party joint venture to operate Langke Technology and enter the L4 autonomous logistics vehicle market. Under the plan, Langke Technology will serve as the entity for the development, manufacturing, sales, after-sales service, and operation of unmanned logistics equipment, and is expected to achieve a total of more than 3,000 units in unmanned vehicle leasing, sales, and operations by 2027. In terms of division of labor, Tailg Technology will provide complete vehicle manufacturing, after-sales service networks, and delivery scenario resources; Zhuoyu Technology will be responsible for intelligent driving technology, R&D, and intellectual property licensing; Ruili Kemi will provide brake-by-wire and chassis technology support; Hengxu Capital and Suzhou Xuantong will participate in capital and industrial resource coordination. Currently, smart logistics vehicles equipped with Zhuoyu's intelligent driving solution have begun testing at Tailg stores, mainly for the transport of two-wheeled complete vehicles and auto parts. Going forward, Langke Technology plans to expand into scenarios such as urban last-mile delivery, campus logistics, and factory transfers. One day before the project signing, Zhuoyu launched its commercial vehicle intelligent driving brand "Zhuoyu Panxing" in Zhuhai, announcing cooperation with several commercial vehicle companies including XCMG, Shacman, and Sinotruk, covering models such as heavy trucks and buses.
