Dongfeng Motor Corporation Appoints Wu Bilei as Director and Deputy Party Secretary, Lu Fang as Deputy General Manager and Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee

On November 2, Dongfeng Motor Corporation held an expanded leadership meeting, announcing a decision by the Central Organization Department: Wu Bilei was appointed as a director and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Dongfeng Motor Corporation, and Lu Fang was appointed as vice general manager and member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Dongfeng Motor Corporation. The relevant appointments will be processed in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Wu Bilei was born in January 1970. He previously served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and vice general manager of China FAW Group Corporation. He participated in the development of commercial vehicle products including Jiefang J3, J4, J6, and J7, and has held positions including president of the FAW Jiefang Commercial Vehicle Development Institute, general manager and chairman of FAW Jiefang. In June 2024, Wu Bilei was promoted to member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and vice general manager of China FAW. Lu Fang joined Dongfeng Motor in 2018. In 2019, he began overseeing the Dongfeng h Division, the predecessor of Voyah, and subsequently served as CEO of Voyah. In December 2025, Lu Fang became chairman and Party secretary of Voyah. In March 2026, Voyah was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
