NXP has sent letters to distributors announcing plans to adjust prices for select distribution and direct-supply product lines, with the new rules taking effect on January 1, 2027. The price adjustment is attributed to rising costs of raw materials, energy, labor, logistics, and upstream suppliers. Some distributors have advised that projects with confirmed demand should place orders in advance. This is NXP's third price adjustment notice in 2026. NXP is a Dutch semiconductor manufacturer primarily engaged in automotive processors, MCUs, and wireless connectivity chips, with a presence in Bluetooth and NearLink multi-mode short-range communication solutions.
