On March 4, IIA learned from Lexus that the automaker will participate in Milan Design Week for the 13th consecutive year and will present a design exhibition with the theme of SENSES ELECTRIFIED. At the same time, Lexus will show the vision of future electrification of transportation, and bring its battery electric concept car LF-30 on display.
From June 16th to June 21st, the design exhibition with the theme of SENSES ELECTRIFIED will be held at the Superstudio Più Exhibition Center in Tortona, Italy, which is also the main exhibition area of the Milan Design Week.
Battery electric concept car - Lexus LF-30
The battery electric concept car LF-30 uses a very sci-fi design style, and the entire car is equipped with a four-wheel motor drive system. Its electrification technology enables integrated control of the powertrain, steering, suspension and brakes. In addition, Lexus is developing the new Advanced Posture Control technology, which fundamentally redefines the future development direction of luxury cars.
In addition, the design works of the six finalists of the 2020 Lexus Global Design Awards will also be interactively displayed at the scene. Up till now, this design event has been held for eight consecutive years. At the Media Day event on June 15th, an international jury composed of well-known design pioneers who lead cutting-edge creativity will select the 2020 Lexus Global Design Award winners.
