Impacted by tariff policies and intense market competition, Audi delivered 1.62 million vehicles globally in 2025, a 2.9% year-over-year decline, falling short of its original annual target of 1.65 to 1.75 million units. Deliveries in North America dropped by 12.2%, and those in China declined by 5%. In contrast, deliveries in the German domestic market rose by 4%, while overseas and emerging markets grew by 5.5%. Despite facing pressure on full-year performance and revising its outlook downward twice, Audi has achieved consecutive year-over-year growth in monthly deliveries since September 2025, and total orders for the year increased by 13%. Notably, deliveries of its fully electric vehicles reached 223,000 units, surging 36% year-over-year, with orders soaring by 58%, signaling initial success in its electrification transformation.
